Who Are We?

The Super Group exclusively deals in and with self managed superannuation funds (SMSFs). For nearly a decade we have been helping advisors establish, administer and, when the time comes, wind up SMSFs.

We can work closely with advisors on all the technical aspects of SMSFs – from when a client moves from the accumulation phase to the pension phase or to the transitional arrangements with pre-test time trusts. Our input ranges from the high level technical to the "how to" operational aspect of SMSFs.

Put simply, self managed superannuation is all we do!

Compliance is another hallmark of our service. In fact, under our administration regimen we warranty compliance. We ensure that trustees always meet their compliance obligations . Should a takeover fund have compliance issues, we advise how to fix them!

Our compliance and administration service delivers detailed investment and taxation reports on a continuously updated basis. . This means that there is no waiting for accounts to be prepared before making investment or taxation recommendations to clients. For example, capital gains tax positions are constantly known throughout the year.

We also maintain preservation details and member benefit tax component details. You always know the value of a client’s Unrestricted Benefits, Undeducted Contributions and Pre & Post Components etc.

Our administration platform is just that, a platform. We are able to take care of all the investment paperwork, and, consolidate income, capital gains and investment returns within a single statement. Moreover, our service allows the advisor and/or client to either opt into or out of wrap accounts without any administrative burden. And, should a client SMSF be fully invested in a wrap platform, a 20% discount applies on our standard fees. (see Page 12 of our Administration Agreement)

Moreover, we impose no investment restrictions other than those prescribed by the Acts.
